Beat Pilates is not your regular Pilates class. Merging Pilates, Ballet and fitness elements together, this full body workout to upbeat music will get your body moving. Work at your own pace, have fun, punch, squat and pulse…..to the BEAT!
This class incorporates all the key principles of Pilates such as postural alignment, breathing, core stability, controlled movement and flexibility. They are low-impact. The mat floor exercises may also be combined with other props such as balls, therabands, rings and weights. Classes change week to week to challenge and build your core strength and stability.
STRETCH AND RELEASE
This class is designed to increase your range of movement and flexibility, facilitate relaxation and release tension, using a number of stretching techniques. The benefits of regular stretching include:
